Annie Josephine (Gibbs) Graham

    Annie Josephine Graham peacefully departed from us on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Rowan Medical Center. Annie the 2nd oldest of ten kids of Alice Gibbs and Thomas Gibbs. Annie was born in Camden, South Carolina on October 28, 1938.

    She attended school in Mooresville at Dunbar School.

    She was a hard worker at Cannon Mills for 35 years and she loved working there since she was 16. She was a woman that loved her family and helping others out when she could.  She also loved her flowers, cooking, and fishing.

    She is proceeded in death by  three sisters, Lillie Ames, Sarah Jackson, Barbara Torrence, and two brothers Benny Gibbs  and Thomas Gibbs.

    The ones that will continue to cherish her memories include her three daughters,  Patricia McNeely, Sharon Ellis, Annette Leach; her son, Jimmy Graham, ten grandchildren, and  thirteen great grandchildren . She also leaves two  sisters, Annie Van and Mary Rhoden,  two brothers; Jesse and Johnny  Gibbs,; and a host of other relatives and friends.
