Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Stinson was born in Huntersville, North Carolina on February 27th, 1930. She transitioned from her earthly home to her eternal home on Monday, October 21, 2024.
Mrs. Stinson was the third youngest daughter of the late Mr. Robert McLaughlin and Mrs. Beulah Alexander McLaughlin. She grew up with four brothers; Marion McLaughlin, Robert McLaughlin and Benny McLaughlin and three sisters Eloise Ray, Margie Henry, and Lenora Springs.
She graduated from Torrence-Lytle High School, Huntersville, NC and Barbra Scotia College in Concord, NC. Mrs. Stinson then moved to Brooklyn, New York. She later met Ernie Wilson and to this union was born one daughter Michelle Sealy. While a resident, she was employed by the Citi Bank. She remained there until she retired. Mrs. Stinson, while a resident in New York became an active member of the Bethany Baptist Church.
After moving back to Huntersville, NC to take care of her father, she became active member in the Huntersville United Presbyterian Church, now the New Friendship Presbyterian Church.
Annie left her home on earth to meet our Lord and Savior and to be greeted by those preceding her in death who were dear to her. Her brothers; Marion McLaughlin, Robert McLaughlin and Benny McLaughlin and sisters Eloise Ray, Margie Henry, and Lenora Springs.
Annie leaves to cherish memories of her life; One daughter, Michelle Sealy; one grandson, Michael Wilson; one brother, Vernon McLaughlin; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, additional relatives and friends.
