Carol Lee Reid

Ms. Carol Lee Reid was born March 3, 1969, in Iredell County, North Carolina, and was the daughter of the late Annie Mae Reid and George Braxton.  Carol passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the Cleveland County Memorial Hospital in Shelby, North Carolina, following a brief illness. She was a longtime resident of Mooresville, North Carolina, and attended the schools in Mooresville and Iredell County. Carol leaves cherished memories to three sisters, Patricia Ann Reid of Statesville, North Carolina, Cynthia Braxton and Delores Braxton of Winston Salem, North Carolina; three brothers, Hubert (Phyllis) Reid of Mooresville, North Carolina, Marvin Eugene Reid of Statesville, North Carolina, and James “Pete” Caldwell of Washington, DC; foster sister, Angela (Doug) Corpening, and two foster brothers, Steve and Keith Graham of Mooresville, North Carolina; niece, Anisha (Joseph) Nobles of Lancaster, South Carolina, and nephew, Antonio Reid of Lancaster, South Carolina; one great nephew, Kingston McCloud. A host of cousins also survive.
