Chanita Valerie Carr

Miss Chanita Valerie Carr, 64, daughter of the late Espie Carr and Eleanor Sloan Carr, passed away unexpectedly at her residence Thursday, May 16, 2018. She was born in Virginia, July 18, 1955. She was preceded in death besides her parents, four brothers, William Carr, Jake Carr, Bub Carr and Gary Bailey. Chanita was educated in the Iredell County School System, and graduated from South Iredell High School. She was employed at Beacon Sweets for a period of time as well as Cannon Mills.
