Charles Bernard Harris

Mr. Charles Bernard Harris was born on October 6, 1960 in Iredell County. He was taken home on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 after a battle with Lung Cancer. He was the son of Mr. Hubert Harris of Troutman, NC, and the late Mrs. Willie Winford Harris. He was married to Sharon Sloan of Oakland, CA.

Charles was a humble person with not much to say, but he always had a gentle smile for you. He loved fishing and went with Arnold Norman, a good friend. He would often ride around town just because he enjoyed it.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Willie Winford Harris, a brother, Harry Winford and two best friends, Miss Cathy Campbell, and Miss Sandra Rucker, whom he loved dearly.

He leaves to cherish his memories five sisters and two brothers; Mrs. Linda Howell of Arcadia, FL, Mrs. Virginia Blackwood (James) of Troutman, NC, Mrs. Carolyn Harris Parker (Bernard) of Mooresville, NC, Mr. Herbert Harris (Carollyn) of Mooresville, NC, Mis Frances Brown of Arcadia, FL, Miss Gloria Harris of Troutman, NC, Mr. Fredrich Harris (Tonya) of Arcadia, FL. He had a host of nieces and nephews.
