Eliza was a devoted mother to four children, a proud grandmother to ten grandchildren, and a cherished great-grandmother to thirteen great-grandchildren. Her family was the center of her world, and she poured her love, wisdom, and strength into each generation.
A woman of remarkable dedication and work ethic, Eliza continued working faithfully until the age of 79 with the Architect of the Capitol.
