Elvin Hagen Jr. was born on September 26, 1931 in Charlotte NC to the late Janie Hagen and Elvin Hagen Sr.. Elvin was a native of Tuckahoe, New York for 32 years. While there he was employed by the March of Dimes Foundation for 40 years where he served dutifully. Elvin is proceeded in death by his Parents Janie Hagen Elvin Hagen Sr; one son Dares Hagen; two daughters Margaret Hagen and Joeann Bullard; two brothers Darrin Hagen and Leroy Hagen; and two sisters Randy Hagen and Ruth Spring.Elvin leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife Ernestine Hagen; two sons Alfred Hagen, Calvin Hagen; three daughter Maryanne Sherill , Angela Clark and Annette Evans. He also leaves eight grandchildren; Nana Sloan, Terrell Diggs, Nina Hagen, Laura Hagen. Sidney Hagen, Mckayla Clark, Nasya Evans, and Marquette Diggs; eight great grandchildren; Brianna Diggs, Deitrick Diggs ,Savion Perkins, Evans Rice, and Jasmine Rice; three sisters Manie Strong, Lucille Ramsey ,and Williemay Gwen; one son-in-law Eddie Bullard; two sisters-in-law, Pastor Anne Tate and Virginia Hall; one brother-in-law Connie Hall, and a host of nieces and nephews.
