Eugene Johnson Jr.

Mr. Eugene Johnson, Jr, (better known as Gee), was born in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania on January 25, 1963, and was the son of the late     Eugene Johnson Sr. and the late Daisy Irene Johnson. Gene entered his eternal rest on Sunday, August 15, 2021, at his home, with his loving wife, Nette and Family by his side.

Eugene graduated from Peabody High School, Pennsylvania and later  enrolled in the United States Army and served 17 years as a Sergeant and later retired from his Military Career in 1999. Eugene then went on to own and operate his own businesses, better known as The Traveling Man Barber and Traveling Man Stylez. Eugene was also a man of many hats as he also worked Construction.

After moving to North Carolina in 2015, Eugene became a member of Living Water Ministry, where he faithfully played on the Worship Band as a percussionist on the Congo's. Eugene was also a great supporter of Increasing Faith Outreach Ministries which his Bonus Sister is the Pastor with  cooking the food to feed the Communities.

Eugene enjoyed spending time with his Family, Friends and helping others in their time of need, he loved to cook, spending time with his grandchildren and of course watching the sports of his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers with his family and friends.

Eugene was also preceded in death by his Father, Eugene Johnson, Sr, his Mother, Daisy Johnson, and two sons Jason Johnson-Strong and Blake  Johnson.

He leaves to cherish the loving memory of his life, his wife of 11 years, Mrs. Nannette Johnson of Mooresville, Five children – Tiana Harris (Damin) of Troutman, NC, Jaharrah Feagins (Kedric), Quinton Feagins (De’Andra), Danny Poston Jr (Sakia), all of Mooresville, NC. Jarib Poston (Tati) of Pittsburgh, PA, One Sister – Renee Johnson of McKeesport, PA., Three Brothers – Curtis Thorpe, Lamont Foster (Janel), Kenny Flowers, all of Pittsburgh, PA. Three Bonus Brothers – LaMar Feagins of Pittsburgh, PA, Kevin Feagins of Hawaii and Calvin Feagins of Mooresville, NC. Four Bonus Sisters –   Pastor Rose Ann Feagins of Concord, NC, Darla Flowers of Braddock, PA, Charla Brooks of Pittsburgh, PA, Valarie Wiley of Jacksonville, FL. along with 22 Grandchildren, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
