Frank Junior Westmoreland

Mr. Frank Junior Westmoreland was born March 8, 1939 in Iredell County. He was the son of the late Edna Lucille Bailey Phifer and was blessed by the parents the late Florence and Fred Westmoreland. He attended Watkins Chapel AME Zion Church. Frank traded his earthly life for his heavenly home on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the S. Mitchell Mack Hospice House in Mooresville, NC.  Frank attended Dunbar High School.

In addition to his parents Fred and Florence Westmoreland, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth Hermon Phifer and Harry (Billy) Eugene Phifer, and a sister,  Rachel Delores Phifer.

He leaves to cherish the memories of his life; one son, Tony J. Westmoreland; one stepdaughter, Donya Hector; one sister, Rev. Mildred L. Walker of Saluda, SC; one grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
