George Allen Ramsey

George Allen Ramsey born on July 29, 1957 to the late George Alexander and Annie M. Harris Ramsey went to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 3, 2021.

After working for over 47 years George retired in October of 2019. George was a lifetime member of Shinnsville United Church of Christ. He was a former trustee, Tangerine player, SUCC former softball team.

He leaves to cherish memories of his life wife of 42 years Cozette G. Ramsey of the home. Two daughters Charmane Ramsey of Troutman, NC, Rhukia Ramsey of Mooresville, NC and son Chakiris Ramsey of Statesville, NC. God children Tonya Clark of Mooresville, Iritol Winford of Mooresville, NC Shirlandra Glaspy of Troutman, NC Jarrod Phifer of Highpoint, NC.  11 grand children plus 15 god grand children one great grandchild. Six sisters Laura (Felix) Graham of Troutman, NC, Cheri Ramsey of Mocksville, NC, Erica (Larry) Robinson of Olin, NC, Tara Ramsey of Cleveland, NC, and Ebony Brandon of Charlotte, NC. Five brothers Jarvis Harris of Charlotte, NC Leonard Ramsey of Statesville, NC Steven Ramsey of Hickory, NC, Rodney Ramsey of Troutman, NC, and Tyrone Brandon of Charlotte, NC. Two Aunts Jessie Harris of Mooresville, NC Mable Harris of Troutman, NC Two uncles Herbert Harris of Troutman, NC and Nathaniel Ramsey of Troutman NC. Great Aunt Ruth Rankin of Statesville, NC. A host of nieces, nephew, relatives and friends.
