Joe Nathan Davis

Joe Nathan Davis was born February 19, 1958, in Anson County to the late James Davis and Shirley Knotts Black. On December 16, 2020, in Charlotte NC, the angels of grace and mercy touched the eyelids of Joe, and he quietly fell asleep.  

Joe attended Central Cabarrus High School in Concord, NC. He was employed with Jace Trucking Company out of Charlotte, NC. 

He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley Knotts Black, father James Davis, and brother James Henry Davis. Joe leaves to cherish loving memories with his son Zachary Davis, step-son Dre’Variaux Evans, and step-daughter La’Varia Johnson all of Charlotte, NC, sister Shirley Davis of Charlotte, NC, and brother Mitchell Davis of Concord, NC. Joe also leaves to cherish memories with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
