John Walter Deese

John Walter Deese the youngest of nine children born to Janie Bell Graham Deese and the late Fred Ervin Deese on March 11, 1963 entered eternity May 15, 2019. John resided in Charlotte, NC for most of his adult life and was educated in the Cabarrus County School System, graduating from Northwest Cabarrus High School in 1981. He attended North Carolina A&T State University and graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 1985. In 1988 he enlisted in the United States Army and served his country for 4 years, receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1992. John was preceded in death by his sister Cora. He leaves to cherish precious memories, his mother Janie Bell Deese, his sisters; Mae Deese of Baltimore, MD, Delores Coleman of Charlotte, NC, and Emma Owens (Frank) of Boston, MA; his brothers, James Deese (Myra) of Florence, SC, Hugh Deese (Patricia) of Ontario, Canada, Willie Deese (Carol) of Chapel Hill, NC, and Frederick Deese (Deidre) of Charlotte, NC; three nieces Shannon Coleman, Mikayla Deese, Sophia Owens; three nephews, Brandon Deese (Ashley), Toussaint Deese, and Mychal Deese; an Aunt, Mary Baylor of Charlotte, NC, and a host of other relatives and friends.
