On Saturday, October 29 a whisper, a handheld out and a whirl of wind blew saying, “Come on Home” Kent Fitzgerald Brice.
Mr. Kent Fitzgerald Brice was born September 6, 1964, in Mecklenburg County. He is now home with his wife; Sharon Brice, his mother, Ethel Brice Davis, his brother William Pernell Davis and his grandparents, Ozon and Jennie V Brice.
He attended Charlotte-Mecklenburg School, graduating from North Mecklenburg High School in 1982. Kent loved life, he always had a smile and never met a stranger. Kent joined Torrence Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church at a young age and then went on to become a member of Torrence Grove A.M.E. Zion Church in 2008 where he continued his membership until his death. Kent Fitzgerald Brice was a member of the Men’s Choir, Gospel Choir, and Men’s Booter Club. He also assisted the Kitchen Committee on many occasions. He has always enjoyed playing ball, being a DJ, being around family, and friends.
Mr. Kent Fitzgerald Brice leaves to cherish his memory his brother, Billy M. Davis (Angela B. Davis), father; William Edward Miller, daughter; Takeeya Mobley “TK” (Elbony Mobley “Tay”), son; Brent Robinson (Sharon Robinson), sister; Tonia Jackson (Alonzo Jackson “Al”), brother; William Lowery (Tamika Lowery), brother; Marion Andre Miller (Shareeka Miller), Sister-in-Laws; Crystal Anthony, Nina Neal and Angela Neal; Brother-in-Law; Robert Neal (Melissa), Nephew; Amari Davis, Niece; T’Nyiah Davis, one Aunt Erma Black, a host of special cousins, other relatives, and friends.
