Margaret Estella (White) Flowers

Margaret Estella White-Flowers was born  Oct. 22 1931 in Iredell County, North Carolina to the late Fred and Maggie T. White. Peacefully passing away on September 11th, 2025. 

After completing her degree at Livingston college Margaret began teaching in multiple school districts and later deciding to have a career change, she began working for the state of New York.

During her time in New York she met her late husband, George Stanley Flowers & wed June 10th, 1961. Margaret had a generous spirit, she loved volunteering her time with community events & organizations. She loved helping people.

In addition to Margret parents, Fred and Maggie T. White, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Maggie White, Annie Black, Mammie Milton, John B. White & Otis S White.

Those among the living, cherishing her memory: sisters, Mary Venning (Isaiah), of Charleston, SC and Katie White of Mooresville, NC and a host of nephews, nieces,  among other relatives and friends.
