Mr. Omarr Javince Dukes, of Charlotte, NC, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Vincent White of Mt. Holly, NC, and Veronica Dukes of Charlotte, NC; five children, Aliyah Steward, Alyssa Robinson, Isiah Steward. Kymani Dukes, and River Dukes; one sister, Tashunda Dukes, and one brother, Tevin Dukes, and a host of other relatives and friends.
