Ronald Eugene Tuck

Mr. Ronald Eugene Tuck, Ronnie as he was affectionately known was the son of Gaston Tuck, Jr., and the late Novella Caldwell Tuck. He was born July 1, 1958, in Washington, DC and he entered eternal rest on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC.

Ronnie received his education in the Prince George’s County School System in Maryland. He was always a hard worker. He worked several jobs in his lifetime. His last position was with Ferguson Box Company.

Ronnie was a member of Morrows Chapel United Methodist Church in Mooresville, NC. One of his greatest pleasures was bringing his father to church when he was not working.

Ronnie loved his family. Doing things for them and with them always warmed his heart. From hanging Christmas decorations for his mother, to keeping the yard well-manicured and doing any chore for his father. His love was expressed in many ways; to his wife Yuleene, his helpmate along this journey of life, his son RJ, and his nieces and nephews. He would stop whatever he was doing to help anyone. He would not hesitate to let you know up front that he was a diehard Dallas Cowboy fan, “How about ‘dem boys!”.

Left to cherish his memories; his father, Gaston Tuck Jr., his wife Yuleene Tuck; one son, Ronald Eugene Tuck; two sisters, Jean C. Mayo and Diane R. Tuck; and one brother, Donald P. Tuck (Mary Francis). In addition, he leaves his nieces and nephews that he helped raise; Raimondo Tuck, Antonio Tuck, Sheneeka Tuck, Raysheena Tuck, Celina Tuck (Darrell) and Cy-erra Tuck. He also leaves one aunt, Carrie Horne (James); two uncles, Daniel R. Caldwell and Freddie H. Miller Sr.; and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
