Tanisha Reshaye Robertson Spence was born on July 12. 1984 Helen Griffin and the late Eugene Robertson. Tanisha left her home on earth to be with the Lord on May 8, 2024 were she was greeted by those who preceded her death who were dear to her. She was met by her father the late Eugene Robertson; grandmother, Zula Johnson Griffin; great grandmother, Hattie Moore; and grandfather, Billy Ray Griffin.
Tanisha attended Mooresville High School. After high school she enrolled in Job Corps where she received a certificate in Culinary Arts. Tanisha loved to cook, that was her passion. She worked as a cook at the Brian Center then later on a Chef at Summit Place until her health declined. Tanisha welcomed all into her home and was a caring and loving person who loved the lord.
Tanisha leaves her beloved family to cherish fond memories of their time together; her mother Helen Griffin; brothers, Eugene Robertson II and Arian Sanders; aunts, Cynthia Ingram, Donna Carson, Cathey Robertson, and Debra Gallmon; and uncle Billy Griffin (Cathey Griffin). She also leaves a host of other relatives, cousins, family, and friends.
