Ms. Vivian Beatrice Sanders Worth, 63, was born in Iredell County on May 3, 1955. She was the daughter of the late John and Vernor Sanders. She passed away on January 22, 2019 following an extended illness. She graduated from Mooresville Senior High School and attended Bethesda A.M.E. Zion Church in Mooresville, NC. Vivian was a lifetime member of the NAACP and served as a faithful secretary. She was also a member and secretary of Omega Chapter #242 OES PHA of Cleveland, NC. She was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky B. Sanders. She leaves to cherish the memory of her life one son; Cheukma K. Sanders of the home, and two granddaughters; Chakia N. Sanders of Mooresville, NC and Azarie Ikard of Statesville, NC; three sisters Shirley Sherrill of Troutman, NC, Marie Williams and Claudette Byers both of Mooresville, NC; three brothers O’Neil Sanders, John Sanders, and Marlin Sanders all of Mooresville, NC. A special nephew/son Jermaine Sanders and two goddaughters Rolanda Davis and Kierra Cuthbertson of Salisbury, NC. She also leaves two aunts Vernell Sanders and Carolyn Mundy. She also leaves to cherish her memories many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
